FLiK is excited to announce that the company has secured a significant investment through a private placement offering in accordance with the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) Rule 501 of Regulation D. FLiK's founder, Ryan Felton, says, "We're pleased that our investors have seen the outstanding potential of FLiK. This investment allows us to complete the buildout and deployment of our streaming platform. Additionally, we have lowered the amount of capital we aim to raise via our ICO, which will be used to license content libraries from major studios. As a result, our token buyers are able to acquire a substantial amount of FLIK tokens at significantly reduced pricing". To achieve this, we are making the following changes to our ICO:
Here's how you can add FLIK Tokens to your Ethereum Wallet:
For this example we will use MyEtherWallet.
Unlock Your Wallet Account
Visit MyEtherWallet.com and select “Send Ether & Tokens”:

Tony Gallippi, Co-Founder and Chairman of BitPay, has joined the FLiK Advisory Board.
FLiK's Founder, Ryan Felton, states, "Tony is a visionary pioneer in the development of real-world Bitcoin business applications, and he's a celebrated figure within the Bitcoin and blockchain community. I first met Tony when he hired my firm to Produce and Direct the first bitcoin-related television commercials for BitPay in 2014. I'm grateful that Tony has accepted our invitation to join our Advisory Board and share his keen insight as we develop and deploy our entertainment platform. In short, this is great news for FLiK, and we couldn't be happier."
“Ryan’s vision for FLiK is exactly what the entertainment industry needs,” says Gallippi. “We need a video streaming service that is substantially more friendly to independent film producers around the world, and with more options for consumers. We need a service that can operate from day one with global availability. Bitcoin and BitPay can help make this happen and I’m excited to be advising the project.”
About Tony Gallippi: As the co-founder of BitPay, Tony Gallippi has been responsible for a number of large businesses adopting bitcoin payments. During the surge of popularity of bitcoin, Gallippi was featured regularly in the media discussing bitcoin and BitPay. Around the same period, comparisons were drawn between BitPay and PayPal, with some including CNN, suggesting that one day processors like BitPay could eventually replace conventional online payment systems such as PayPal.
In 2013, BitPay became the largest processor of bitcoin payments worldwide, and began securing partnerships with major companies like Microsoft, Intel, VISA, Newegg, Shopify, and more.
Gallippi was invited by the US Senate to speak about bitcoin and the financial markets in November 2013. He stated that fraud coming from credit card payments costs businesses in the United States around $20 billion each year, and bitcoin is a far more secure form of payment for ecommerce.
In 2017 BitPay is processing bitcoin payments at a rate exceeding $1 Billion per year and rapidly growing B2B payments over the bitcoin rails.
About BitPay: BitPay has offices in North America, Europe, and South America and has raised over $32 million from top investors including Index Ventures, Peter Thiel's Founders Fund, and Sir Richard Branson. Token Sale Participants:
I'm writing to inform you that FLiK has increased the purchase price of the FLiK token from .001 ETH to .002 ETH. This is not a decision that we have entered into lightly. We considered all of the options and after careful consideration, we believe this is in the best interest of the company and in the best interest of our future token holders.
Even though we have increased our token purchase price, we are still extremely competitive from a token price perspective. Our token is valued, at the time of this writing, at $0.54. When compared to other token sales, we are comfortable with this price.
During the course of this week, and prior to the launch of our token sale on August 20th, we will have several exciting announcements that will demonstrate the incredible team that FLiK is assembling. We are committed to building a world-class team of entertainment and blockchain professionals that will help guide the company as we embark on our journey of revolutionizing the entertainment industry. I think you'll agree that the team we're building is better than any other company that's currently in the process of having a token sale or an ICO.
Stay tuned for forthcoming announcements as we get set for our token sale this Sunday.

FLiK will be attending the American Film Market (AFM) in Santa Monica, CA this November.
Ryan Felton, founder of FLiK, says, "I've attended AFM in years past, and I've always found it to be a great venue to connect with independent filmmakers who are either looking for distribution deals or are looking for financing to develop their projects. Specifically, FLiK will be looking for projects that we feel are a good fit for our streaming platform and distribution ecosystem."
About AFM - The American Film Market is the world’s largest motion picture business event. Over 7,000 industry leaders converge in Santa Monica for eight days of deal-making, screenings, conferences, networking and parties. Participants come from more than 80 countries and include acquisition and development executives, agents, attorneys, directors, distributors, festival directors, financiers, film commissioners, producers, writers, the world’s press all those who provide services to the motion picture industry. Unlike a film festival, the AFM is a marketplace – with over 200,000 square feet of exhibition space – where production and distribution deals are closed. In just eight days, more than US$1 billion in deals will be sealed — on both completed films and those in every stage of development and production.
Participants may view more than 500 screenings of 300+ films – 29 new films every two hours – the majority world or U.S. premieres. Titles range from big budget blockbusters that will be released by the major studios to lower budget art and genre films recognized at international film festivals.
With 7,000 attendees, 500 screenings, 300 exhibiting distributors, and the industry’s largest Conference series, AFM is the pivotal destination for independent filmmakers and business people from all over the world.
